- ➤ Cass After Dark is a family-friendly music and stargazing event scheduled for Jan. 17 at Cass Winery in Paso Robles. The event will feature Americana tunes by the Susie Glaze New Folk Ensemble (with guest Casey Biggs) and stargazing hosted by the Cal Poly Astronomical Society starting at 5 p.m. Paso Robles Daily News
- ➤ Local singer Callie Twisselman made her Grand Ole Opry debut Saturday in Nashville—she performed 'King and Queen of Recklessness' and 'Ghost In My Head' from her debut EP, Growing in Grace. - ➤ Bradley Union School District in Bradley was named one of the 10 Most Admired School Districts in the U.S. by Education Magazine — recognized for innovative teaching methods and community partnerships as enrollment surged over the past two years.
