Thanksgiving for Paso Robles will host its 41st annual community Thanksgiving dinner on Nov.

Firestone Walker Brewing Company unveiled a new CO2 recovery system that will save four million pounds of emissions annually—this system recycles carbon dioxide from fermentation for use in operations, supporting the Brewing for Tomorrow sustainability initiative.

The company built a $1 million structure for the $1.8 million system designed by Pentair.

A local contractor began emergency repairs on the end of Cayucos Pier on October 28th after storm damage (from a hit in February and high surf in December) and the work will last four weeks with public access allowed after 11 a.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.
