  • MERGE—a dance club at Cal Poly—offers free dance workshops twice a week for anyone interested in learning new moves. Club president Colby Galassi said the club will keep this schedule and add more social events to welcome new members.  Mustang News
  • On Saturday, hundreds attended El Día de los Muertos at Paso Robles Downtown City Park where vendors sold themed t-shirts, hats, and jewelry and makeup artists offered dramatic face painting—local residents honored their departed ancestors with music, dance, and colorful displays of tradition.   • Ancient Peaks hosted its fourth annual Walk for Cancer event at Santa Margarita Ranch where local residents walked a two-mile route to support cancer patients and their families.   • North County Paws announced that Sasha Fierce is a relaxed, independent part-Ragdoll cat aged between two and six who arrived in February with four kittens that have since been adopted.   • Cal Poly Men’s Basketball won their exhibition game against Cal State East Bay as newcomer Mousa scored 25 points and returning guard Peter Bandelj added key plays in a 97—86 victory with hundreds of local elementary students cheering the team.
