Six panelists and a moderator shared their college experiences at the annual State of Latinx event held Wednesday at Chumash Auditorium, where they discussed culture, belonging and the need for better campus representation.

Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill that adds 10 new liquor licenses in San Luis Obispo County, with five licenses coming next year and five set for 2027.
