- ➤ Tyler Brewer has joined the race for District Four Supervisor to represent areas from Nipomo to Arroyo Grande while drivers face delays on Hollister Avenue today and tomorrow due to road work. Santa Maria police arrested 11 drivers at a DUI checkpoint over the weekend—county officials have cut fees for affordable housing and allocated funds for a new bridge on Cecchetti Road as Grover Beach hosted its annual Dune Run.
