Canzona Women’s Ensemble will hold auditions for its fall concert Heart Strings: Ties That Bind on Aug.

One Cool Earth—a nonprofit that built over 50 school gardens in 25 years—is asking local residents and businesses for help as cuts in federal to local funding may force it to scale back programs teaching nutrition, science, and nature skills.
