- ➤ On June 25, a Caltrans employee discovered an overturned truck hidden in heavy brush along Highway 166 near New Cuyama—confirming the fatal injuries of James Fuller, 61, and his brother Eric Fuller, 60, who had gone missing after a crash on June 6 while en route to a doctor’s appointment.
