- ➤ Lumina Alliance will open its first transitional housing site for survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence on June 25 in Paso Robles with a ribbon-cutting ceremony co-hosted by the Paso Robles and Templeton Chamber of Commerce—property donated by Noreen and Tom Martin laid the foundation for the facility—and partner charities will be recognized during the event. - ➤ San Luis Obispo attorney John Belsher is accused of obstructing justice in a federal corruption investigation after he helped hide a bribe paid to a public official (his partner Ryan Petetit-Wright pleaded guilty and is serving a federal sentence), and law enforcement has not arrested him. - ➤ San Luis Obispo police arrested two store clerks for selling alcohol to a minor and one person for buying alcohol for a minor during minor decoy and shoulder tap operations on May 22, May 29 and June 5—operations aided by agents from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. CalCoast News
