- ➤ Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services responded to a reported structure fire at 818 Sycamore Canyon on May 17 at 8:24 p.m.—firefighters rescued a large dog and contained the fire in the kitchen while no residents or injuries were reported. Paso Robles Daily News

- ➤ Two students were arrested for suspected public intoxication during A Boogie Wit da Hoodie's concert at Cal Poly Recreation Center on Wednesday, and six others were referred for alcohol-related violations while one person suffered a minor injury—university officials said the numbers are typical for large campus events.
