- ➤ Firestone Walker Brewing Company and Duvel Moortgat USA signed a definitive agreement with Stone Brewing to acquire its brand and select hospitality locations, including the Liberty Station venue in San Diego, while production shifts to Firestone Walker’s brewery in Paso Robles; the acquisition is expected to close in Q2.
