- ➤ After more than a month of high gas prices from Middle East conflicts, prices in SLO County dropped 4 cents last week to $6 per gallon, according to AAA. GasBuddy data shows local stations offering prices as low as $5.29 in Paso Robles and Morro Bay. CalCoast News

- ➤ Storms on April 12 pushed county rainfall above yearly averages and reservoirs remain healthy (Santa Margarita Lake at 101% and Lopez Lake at 87%). Officials continue monitoring water supplies to ensure community needs are met. CalCoast News
