- ➤ Templeton Library will kick off its First Saturday Sales series on April 4 with sales opening at 8 a.m.—an egg hunt for children ages 1 to 8 starts at 9:30 a.m. The event supports the library’s donor-funded services. Paso Robles Daily News

- ➤ Central Coast Funds for Children (a 31-year-old nonprofit) donated $3,000 to Tolosa Children’s Dental to provide toothbrushes and floss for 5,000 children. - ➤ A deceased sea lion along Morro Strand State Beach tested positive for H5N1, marking the first marine mammal case in the county.
