  • Winemaker Kyle Jury opened Truss Wines in Paso Robles to serve estate vintages from SLO Coast grapes and will unveil a renovated tasting room with a Wine Club Dinner on March 28. Nix Cellars also offers a cozy space with music for local wine lovers to enjoy crafted selections.  Paso Robles Daily News

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Cal Poly clarified its use of Flock Safety cameras after students raised privacy concerns. Officials said during a March 4 town hall and a later student meeting that the campus cameras capture license plates solely for investigation + are subject to strict data retention rules.  Mustang News

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • On March 4, the Paso Robles City Council advanced its Spaceport and Technology Corridor project by directing staff to prepare proposals for the FAA Commercial Spaceport License application. RS&H’s review found that the materials lay a strong foundation, and proposals are expected to be released soon (pending final review).  Paso Robles Daily News
