- ➤ City officials urge residents to exercise caution with pets after multiple mountain lion sightings near Laguna Lake and in the Irish Hills Open Space, according to City Biologist Freddy Otte. - ➤ Sen. John Laird introduced Senate Bill 917 to let non-estate wineries sell wine and offer tastings at farmers markets. The bill will let market operators set permit numbers to support more than 700 winegrowers in his district, which includes most of San Luis Obispo County. Paso Robles Daily News

- ➤ The County of San Luis Obispo Health Agency received a $21.6 million state grant to renovate the Paso Robles behavioral health facility at 416 Spring Street for crisis and residential care.
